Our Hazelnut Marionberry Bundt cake celebrates the bounty of Oregon by using two of our most well-known crops: hazelnuts and marionberries. The cake is soft and moist, filled with finely chopped hazelnuts and fresh marionberries. We top it with a white ganache and chopped hazelnuts. Simply take it out of the box, place it on a nice plate, and it’s ready to be served to your guests.
