When your name is Oregon Trail Bakery, you look for opportunities to highlight Oregon products. Oregon grows approximately 99% of all the hazelnuts produced in the US, so it was a natural choice for one of our shortbread gift box flavors. The Hazelnut Shortbread adds the roasted, earthy flavors of a hazelnut – or filbert – to our traditional shortbread. It’s a great treat, and becomes an exceptional one if you – or someone in your life – loves nuts. Each box contains 36 cookies and showcases the natural beauty of Multnomah Falls on the packaging. Box dimensions are 8.9” x 4.5” x 2.25”.
